Pabung Print is a design-focused online store offering high-quality apparel and lifestyle products featuring original, hand-drawn artwork. All of our products are printed on demand and shipped from the U.S.
How are your products made?
Our products are custom-printed upon order using eco-friendly inks and premium materials. All orders are fulfilled by a trusted, high-quality print-on-demand supplier with facilities across the United States and globally. To ensure top-notch quality and timely delivery, your product will be printed and shipped from the location that can fulfill your order most efficiently, based on your delivery address.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
How long does shipping take?
- Processing Time: 2-7 business days
- Shipping Time: 3-4 business days (varies based on location)
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Since our products are custom-made, we only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.
What if my package gets lost?
If your package is lost during transit, please reach out to us at pabungprint@gmail.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Do you offer free shipping?
We charge a flat shipping fee, but you can enjoy free shipping on applicable orders.
Can I customize a product?
At the moment, we do not offer personalized customization. However, stay tuned as we may launch this feature in the future!
